Class questions

Which class should I start with?

The Beginners Series is built for exactly that question. If the next series is a few weeks away, Restorative is a gentle introduction that works for everyone, no experience needed.

Do I need to be flexible?

Perfect, you're the target audience. Flexibility is a result of yoga, not an entry requirement. Half the room can't touch their toes either.

How hot is Hot 26?

A steady 95F with managed humidity. Hot enough to mean it, not hot enough to be a story. Bring water and a towel; we sell both if you forget.

Can I take more than one class type on the intro offer?

Yes. The two-week intro covers all studios and all class types. Try Vinyasa in the morning and Yin in the evening if you like.

What's the cancellation window?

Free cancellation up to 8 hours before class so the spot can go to someone on the waitlist. Inside that, the visit is used.

"As a first-timer I was braced for cliques and chanting. Got neither. Got really good teaching."
