Bookings and cancellations
Book online up to the moment a class starts, space permitting. Cancel free up to 8 hours before class and your credit or session returns automatically.
Inside 8 hours, the visit is used. That's how the spot economy stays fair to the people on the waitlist. No-shows count as used visits.
Intro offer
Two weeks unlimited for $49, one per person, ever. Your intro period starts on your first booking, not at the moment of purchase.
Memberships
Memberships are monthly, auto-renewing, and cancel anytime from your account. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
We will always email you before a price changes, with at least one full billing cycle's notice.
Class etiquette
Arrive before the start; doors may close at start time for hot classes. Tell your teacher about injuries or pregnancy before class, every class. Phones stay outside the room.
Health declaration
You confirm at signup that you are able to take part in physical exercise and will flag relevant conditions to teachers before each class.
Our classes are not medical treatment. Please see a qualified professional for medical advice.
Workshops, retreats, and trainings
Each workshop or retreat carries its own capacity and refund policy, shown at checkout. For retreats: full refund minus deposit up to 30 days out; 50% refund inside 30 days; transfers to a friend are welcome any time.
Teacher training deposits hold your seat and are non-refundable once the cohort is confirmed.
Online studio
Streams and the library are for the account holder's household only, not for rebroadcast or redistribution. Access follows your subscription status; it pauses or ends when a subscription does.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method. If you would rather have studio credit, just say so. Credit never expires while your account is active.
General
We may update these terms from time to time. The dated copy on this page is always current. California law applies.
If a class is cancelled by us, your credit returns instantly and you receive an email straight away.
Privacy and cookies
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Cookies are used only for your booking session and anonymized analytics to understand how people use the site. Detailed privacy and cookie preferences are managed through the consent panel on this site.
