What is included in the Online membership?
Every live class Grace streams from our studios each week, plus the full on-demand library: Foundations, 30 Days of Flow, and Desk Undone. Yin Deep Release requires a Studio or Unlimited membership.
Can I watch on my TV or tablet?
Yes. The player works on any modern browser. Cast to your TV from Chrome or use AirPlay from Safari. No app needed.
Is it included if I already have a Studio membership?
Yes. Studio and Unlimited memberships include the full online library. You get Yin Deep Release and everything else, no extra charge.
Do I need any equipment?
For most classes, a mat and enough floor space. Desk Undone needs neither. The library notes any props at the start of each lesson.
